Yes! We use recycled cardboard boxes, compostable poly mailers (made from cornstarch), recycled tissue paper, water-based ink for printing, and FSC-certified paper for labels. 80% of our packaging materials are recycled or compostable.

Every order includes a tracking number that syncs automatically to your store. Your customers can track in real-time. We use eco-conscious carriers where possible, including electric vehicle delivery in select US cities.

Yes, we ship to 180+ countries. Our global warehouse network (China, US, EU, Australia) ensures we ship from the closest location to reduce transit times and carbon emissions.

Recycled cardboard (100% post-consumer), compostable cornstarch mailers, recycled tissue paper, soy-based ink labels, paper tape (not plastic), and optional seed paper inserts that customers can plant.

We partner with verified carbon offset projects to calculate and offset emissions from every shipment. Carbon-neutral shipping is optional at a small surcharge (~$0.15/order). We also invest in renewable energy projects and reforestation programs directly.

Yes! We offer three tiers: Standard Eco (recycled materials, included), Premium Eco (custom branded compostable packaging), and Zero-Waste (fully compostable everything + seed paper inserts). You can also bring your own sustainable packaging designs.

Not significantly. Our pricing is competitive with conventional fulfillment companies. Eco-friendly materials cost slightly more (~5-10%), but we absorb most of that cost.
